You list what you offer and households order it directly, or you refer the people you already serve into the network. Some partners do both.

Rides and deliveries for your clients

A client coming to your office can book an iCaria driver there and back from your page, and the ride moves or is cancelled with the time they booked. What you sell can go out with an iCaria helper.

How a partnership with iCaria works

Three steps from first conversation to an active referral pathway.

Step 01

A first conversation

Contact our partnerships team. We ask about your referral volume, your client profile, and what you need. We propose a structure from there.

Step 02

A few weeks to set up

We build the referral pathway together, configure your reporting access, and brief your team. This takes two to four weeks, not days. We want it done right.

Step 03

An ongoing relationship

You have a named contact at iCaria. We run quarterly reviews to go through outcomes and address anything that is not working.
